We recommend these books for babies, toddlers and children ages 6 months to 3 years
Batteries are included.Each book uses three AG10/LR1130 button cell batteries.Only an adult should replace the batteries. Use a crosshead screwdriver to remove the screw. Only use batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended. Remove exhausted batteries. Install the new batteries with the plus (+) sign facing up. Close the cover and secure it wit the screw tightly.

Batteries are necessary part of our books. Quality of the sound is very dependable on batteries condition. Batteries should be changed when sounds mix, distort, or become otherwise unintelligible as batteries weaken. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Do not dispose of batteries in general household waste; they must be recycled.

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Yes, we partner with Australia Post and various couriers to ship to most corners of the world
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from Monday – Friday. All orders made after Friday at 14:00 (Sydney time) will be posted first thing Monday morning.
Delivery in Australia:
We use Australia Post to send out all orders made in Australia, using standard Parcel Post (unless an Express service is selected)

If your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will take between 2-7 working days from the shipping notification email.***
International Orders will take 14 -21 working days for delivery depending on what country you are located in.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return any book to us for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - ONLY IN SALEABLE CONDITION. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note we must receive your return within 14 days of your original purchase date in order to refund you. Returns received more than 14 days after your original purchase date will not be honored.If you are planning on returning an item, please email us at hello@dittybird.com to let us know. We will notify you when we have received your return and will refund your via your original payment method. If there are any issues with your return, we will also notify you at that time.
You will need to cover postage costs. However, we will reimburse for return postage of any product deemed to be faulty or damaged within the 14 days return period.
f your returned products are in their original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 working days. We will send you an email to inform you once it has been processed. Please note some credit card issuers or banks may take a longer period to process the refund and make funds available to you.
